Our goal is to build a community around quality and consistent beer and wine while being an active member of our neighborhood.

We are excited to bring our 20+ years of experience in brewing and winemaking to Philly's craft beverage scene.

Carbon Copy is the area's first combined brewery and winery, and we hope to bring you an unpretentious and accessible drinking and dining experience.

Our beer menu incorporates seasonals, collaborative, and one-off beers, with a spectrum of styles for all beer drinkers. Our wine philosophy is "natural intention with low intervention", because we source high quality vinifera grapes from smaller, sustainable vineyards.

All beer is made on-site at our West Philadelphia brewery and is available on tap or "to go" in 32 oz growlers and 16oz cans. All wines are made at our external Kensington winery and are available on draft in house only.

Our brewpub features a shareable menu focused on pizza and small bites. We do not accept reservations at this time. We accept take out orders in person or place an order online HERE.

We are honored to have chef Bill Braun lead the culinary program at Carbon Copy. He present his own take on New York inspired pizzas and vegetable focused dishes.
